Ocean City Gymnastics
is Fort Walton Beach’s newest and coolest USA Gymnastics training and tumbling facility, located on Tupelo Ave. OCG’s philosophy allows ALL children and adults the opportunity to participate in the exciting sport of gymnastics regardless of age or ability. Our Cool Gym provides safe, TOPs training, competitive team and recreational gymnastics, tumbling, & trampoline classes, & is home of the 1st “HUGS” special needs program.
Mission Statement
Ocean City Gymnastics recognizes one's strengths and abilities as gifts and assets. Our creative, patient approach to all children helps our USAG and safety certified instructors to effectively evaluate how your child processes information. Understanding and effectively communicating positive motivation, direction, and correction are vital to your child's success. By implementing age and skill appropriate lessons plans, we introduce flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, aerial/spacial awareness, developing fine and gross motor skills, and mental tenacity, which are used in gymnastics, other sports, and throughout life.
